- 1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1- 14.5 oz. can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 1- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. Creole seasoning
- 8 oz. fettuccine noodles, cooked and kept warm
Add broth, and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, and Creole seasoning; cook for 5-7 minutes or until heated through. Toss with fettuccine before serving.
Serves: 4-6
