- 1 round bread (rye, pumpernickel, sourdough)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 oz. shredded swiss cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 oz. shredded dried beef
Mix all remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into the bread bowl.
Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
Add remaining bread pieces for last 5-10 minutes (if you would like crispy bread to dip)
Serve with crackers.
